"Not that impressive. Go to a Barber or a Supercuts type place. They are trying to sell this experience, put you in a massage chair in the back, dark room feel bad for the person having to do this/try to upsell it to you. The one good thing they have going for them is if you register online, you can sign in and grab a timesheet, almost like an appointment, so it can kind of help you manage your time, provided they are on time."

"I will be super honest. When I got my haircut last Thursday I wasn’t initially super happy. It wasn’t my normal style because I was helped by a different gal that wasn’t my usual hair stylist. However, by the time I got home and used my normal product it all came together perfectly. And after a couple of nights it really started to sit exactly how I wanted it. Now I love it. I wish I remember her name, but I know she was worried about my satisfaction and I wanted to tell her that I’m a fan of the cut and super happy! Thanks!"
